Welcome Reception – Sunday 17 November
Our Welcome Reception will kick off the social program on Sunday 17th November in the Exhibition Hall. Take this opportunity to catch up with new and old colleagues and mingle with our sponsors and exhibitors.

Trivia Night – Monday 18 November
Our annual fundraising trivia night will be held on Monday 18 November at the Oxford Scholar. Get there by taking a leisurely 15 minute walk north on Swanston Street, or use the free tram (trams 1, 5, 5, 64, and 67) to get you there in 13 minutes
We will be raising funds for the Better Healthcare Technology Foundation. Come along and flex your brain power with friends and colleagues old and new.

The following evening the social fun continues with our sparkly gala dinner. Get ready to light up the night at our Shining into the future: A night of sparkles dinner party. A sequin dress, a sparkly pocket square, or even a glitter beard – the options are endless to make our gala dinner shine as we dance along to the tunes of Baker Boys Band.

Fun Run – Wednesday 20 November
Now that you have flexed your brain power, it’s time to flex those hammies! The 5km* Fun Run/Walk will occur again this year on Wednesday 20 November, part of our long-standing program for healthy living and in conjunction with the wrap up of the conference.
Whether you run, walk, or stroll and chat, join us on Wednesday morning for this picturesque trail along the Yarra River.
Kicking off at 7:15am at the Russell st extension, just a short walk from the conference venue.
*actually 4.6km but that doesn’t have a nice ring to it (we won’t tell anyone if you don’t).
